  • Can I switch plans?

    Yes. Manage your plan under Settings → Billing. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

  • What's a "document" exactly?

    Any single PDF, DOCX, or TXT contract uploaded for review. A 60-page MSA is one document. We do not split files into separate reviews.

  • What happens if I exceed the included docs?

    Pro tops up at $2 per extra doc — no hard wall. Starter is capped at 20 docs a month, and Free at 2 lifetime reviews; both stop until the next period or an upgrade. Scale is uncapped.

  • Is the API on Starter?

    No, the API starts on Pro (rate-limited) and is unlimited on Scale. Starter is for human review in the dashboard.

  • How does team billing work?

    Free and Starter are single-workspace. Pro includes a team workspace with up to 3 seats. Scale is custom — contact sales.

  • Do I have to subscribe?

    No. Pay-Per-Doc is $15 once for 3 reviews that never expire — the same risk scoring, summary, and plain-English redlines, with no recurring charge.

  • Annual vs monthly billing?

    Annual is 20% off and locks the rate for a year. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time under Settings → Billing.

  • Do you have a referral programme?

    Yes. Refer someone and you earn 20% of their subscription revenue for their first 12 months, paid out through Lemon Squeezy. They get 10% off their first 3 months on a monthly plan, or a full month free on annual. Sign up under Settings → Referrals.
